Therapy Approach

When it comes to working with individuals and couples, I use a variety of therapy approaches including :

In therapy, each individual's needs differ from another, therefore I tailor my approach accordingly. During the initial assessment, I collect information such as clients’ personal life, family history, what worked and what did not work in the past, as well as clients' personality. I also take into consideration different elements that have a big impact on people’s way of life, such as beliefs, culture, upbringing, and relationships.

All these important elements allow me to better understand clients’ background and determine which approach is more suitable for my clients to help them achieve their goals. I always like to read and research proven therapy technique literatures that are tailored to specific clinical case work. I might also integrate more than one approach if I see that would be beneficial for clients.
